LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Profiling.  This powerful profiling, leadership 
audit and development system allows you to be PROACTIVE...to improve 
safety supervision, leadership and management BEFORE more incidents 
occur.  Based on more than 20 years of real safety experience in the 
energy field, domestic and international, onshore and offshore.

Twenty years of JRI field research has produced significant Safety 
Leadership behaviors, actions that produce safe, productive, efficient 
and effective performance results.  Each participating 
supervisor/manager/leader is assessed by all those with whom he/she must
interact in order to achieve the required results.  The frequency 
and results-based adequacy of each Safety Leadership behavior is 
measured producing a solid data base for the improvement process.  The 
participant's SELF assessment is compared with the other groups 
(Supervisor, Subordinates, Coworkers, Clients) and individuals 
responding in his Impact Matrix, and a Safety Leadership Performance 
Impact Profile is produced which presents an actual "picture" of the 
participant's Safety Leadership Impact.  From this, the individual now 
has a solid, data-based view of both Strengths (high scores) and Goals 
(low scores).  The participant now knows WHAT to do, about HOW OFTEN,
and TOWARD WHOM.  The guessing games and "fuzzy feedback" are over 
and a detailed, structured Development and Improvement Plan is mapped out. 
And it is measurable; follow-up assessments demonstrate very clearly the 
degree of improvement-or lack of it.
