What does it cost for a franchise?
¨ Generally between $50,000 and $100,000 US dollars, depending on the area you want to franchise and the size of the area.
Does Veritas Associates furnish financing to own a franchise?
¨ Veritas Associates furnishes financing of the franchise fee at 20% down payment and a 7.5% loan over five years. This amounts to approximately $2,000 per month on a $100,000 loan or $1,000 per month on a $50,000 loan.
What are the general terms of the Franchise?
¨ If it becomes necessary for another Veritas entity to do some work in your particular area, you will do the billing for the job and retain a 10% of the dayrate billing as a franchise fee.
¨ If you require personnel from another area for any reason, you will do the billing and again retain 10% of the dayrate billing.
¨ If a particular job requires liability insurance, Veritas Houston will furnish your client the required insurance certificates, do the billing and charge you 14% of the darate billing. If liability insurance is not required you will do your own billing and retain 100% of the proceeds. In other words, you pay for liability insurance only when and if you need it.
